Secondary and matriculation examinations are conducted by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sukkur, which also prepares the results. The 11th grade results for the BISE Sukkur Board are released in November. Same time results are given to students in the districts of Sukkur, Khairpur, Naushahro Feroze, Taluka Daulatpur of Nawabshah District who have taken 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade exams.
